A professional project/construction manager is assigned to each project. They will develop a detailed plan for the project, obtaining input from the owner, architect, and end users. Project goals are developed and communicated utilizing a standardized reporting system. The project manager will operate as a hands-on manager providing balance between design and best-value economics and pricing.

Camden Builders, Inc. utilizes a computer-based program to develop and maintain a detailed construction project schedule and numerous formats of summary schedules for “big picture” communications. Camden will also evaluate changes or disruptions to a project schedule to assist the client in effectively managing adjustments in the schedule and determining any cost implications. Camden understands the importance of keeping the owner aware and informed of expected delivery dates and how this relates to maximizing revenue.
